The Eau Claire Plan Commission is moving forward with a plan to improve programming at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
Voters approved a 48-point-eight-million-dollar referendum to create the Transportation Education Center. They say the new facility will house auto mechanics, collision, diesel mechanics, truck driver training and other programs. A vote is set for next week. Construction could start on the new building next spring.
