The Wisconsin Elections Commission says it has received the three-million-dollars payment from the Trump campaign to pay for a recount in Milwaukee and Dane counties.
The petition was filed in-person at the commission’s Madison office around 11:00 this morning. The president would need more than 20-thousand votes changed to win Wisconsin. The Trump campaign says it is initiating the recount for several reasons including a claim of illegally altered absentee ballots.
