Dane county health officials are backing Governor Tony Evers’ executive health order.
Public Health Madison and Dane County officials say the more everyone follows the recommendations, the bigger the impact in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Their own emergency orders remain in place, including a mask requirement and capacity limits on businesses and schools. Evers’ new order recommends residents stay home as much as possible and avoid gatherings and travel.
