New, positive coronavirus cases are falling in Eau Claire County, but one of the largest increases in the country is in Wisconsin.
One infectious disease expert says the spread could be because people aren’t keeping their distance, washing their hands, or wearing masks as effectively as they should. Half of Wisconsin counties have rising COVID-19 trends. Cases in Chippewa and Dunn counties also appear to have fallen.
