The response could not have been any better.
The Madison City Clerk tweeted today that six-thousand poll workers have signed up for the November 3rd election and they are at capacity. Officials say they can’t accept any more applications at this time and they will soon be sending out the assignments to those who have signed up. The Madison City Clerk says there are typically half that many poll workers for a November election.
