Wisconsin’s coronavirus numbers are down compared to just a few weeks ago.
The state’s Department of Health Services yesterday said the number of new positive tests is down from the end of July. Yesterday, DHS reported 478 new positive tests, and over nine thousand negative tests. In the end of July, DHS reported a few days of over one thousand positive tests. The number of people in the hospital with the virus is holding steady. DHS yesterday said 364 people are hospitalized with the virus, 111 of them are in the ICU.
