Altoona’s former superintendent of schools is looking at more charges in the sexual abuse and child pornography case against him.
Prosecutors this week added the charges against Dan Peggs. A new indictment says that from October 2015 through May 2016, Peggs recruited someone who was underage for a ‘commercial sex act.’ Peggs is looking at a mandatory minimum ten years in prison if convicted.
