Several roads are closed this morning after heavy rainfall and storms over the weekend. The Baldwin Police Department said due to extreme flooding, travel near Baldwin, Woodville, and Hammond is not advised.
The police department said Highway-63 and L-Road are not passable and very dangerous. Road blocks are currently in place to keep drivers away. Officials in Ellsworth and Colfax are also reporting several flooded roads.
The Xcel Energy Electric Outage Map shows around 200 Menomonie residents are waking up without power. There is no indication so far about when the power will come back on.
