The L-E Phillips Memorial Public Library is open for curbside service.
The library in Eau Claire announced yesterday that library pickup service is now available in accordance with the state’s Safer at Home order. Officials said the City of Eau Claire risk management team approved the plan and patrons can now follow a seven-step procedure to pick up materials.
