The City of Fond du Lac is ready to impose hefty fines for anyone violating the state Safer At Home order.
An ordinance was adopted this week that allows police to fine kids as young as 12 for violations of the Emergency Public Health order.
A first-time offense for kids ages 12 and 13 is 90-dollars. That doubles for 14 to 16-year-olds and if you’re 17 and older fines start at over 300-dollars.
