A woman is dead from a two-car crash involving a truck pulling a trailer in Polk County.
The county sheriff’s office says the truck tried to turn onto East Cedar Lake Road from County Highway M Sunday night when it hit a car going southbound. A woman in the car died and three people in the truck weren’t hurt. Deputies say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
