MISSING PERSON’S DAY RECOGNIZED

Today is National Missing Person’s Day.  About 23-hundred people a day are reported missing in the United States.

The Badger State produced one of the most notable stories of 2019 when 13-year-old Jayme Closs was found alive after being held by a kidnapper and murderer for nearly three months.  Wisconsin authorities are looking for three young people missing in the last month including Madison Bounds of Menomonie, Denetta Gray of Beloit and Teahjah Zolliecoffer from Milwaukee.

The 24-hour hotline for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is 1-800-THE LOST.
