At 4am Thursday morning Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Sherman Creek Rd for a domestic argument between a male and female. During the argument, the male showed a gun but did not threaten the female with it. Alcohol was also believed to be involved.
The female was able to leave the residence and contact police who responded. Dispatchers maintained communication with the female, and our Officers held a perimeter on the residence.
Neighbors were contacted and asked to where they were and student transit was notified regarding the morning bus routes for neighborhood children. The male was taken into custody around 8am. All individuals involved in this case are safe. The case is still under investigation.
