There is a joke about bears going to the bathroom in the woods, but no one is laughing after a retiring teacher in Milton says he pooped all over the place at a local state park for years.
Police say teacher Jeffrey Churchwell defecated at, or near, or on buildings at Natureland Park in the town of Whitewater. Police say sometimes Churchwell would go at the park several times a day. He told police he went on his pooping-spree to be disrespectful. He’s facing a 365-dollar fine and almost six-thousand-dollars for clean-up costs.
Churchwell is retiring from his job at Milton schools this month.
