Triple-A says it takes between one to two hours for the body to process just one alcoholic drink. That means many people are feeling some long lasting effects from their New Year’s Eve celebration. Experts say hangover symptoms like dizziness, headache or mental fogginess are all reasons not to get behind the wheel.
