A man and woman are facing charges in connection to an incident involving a gun at the North High School parking lot in Eau Claire.
A criminal complaint says Benjamin Weinberger and Tracy Gawlitta confronted a group of teenagers playing loud music late last Friday night. Witnesses say Weinberger got upset and pulled a gun and police say he was drunk at the time.
He’s been charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated and Gawlitta’s been charged with disorderly conduct.
