There’s a new program in Eau Claire aimed at curbing public intoxication.
The program offers people cited for public intoxication for the first time a chance to take a class where they’ll learn about the problems involved. They’ll also avoid a 295 dollar ticket but still have to pay 200 dollars to take the class.
