A Eau Claire man looking at sexual assault charges and his sixth OWI conviction skipped-out on his sentencing in Chippewa County.
The sheriff says 45-year-old Jason Lucht was due to be sentenced yesterday, but he never showed-up. There’s now a warrant out for his arrest.
Lucht was arrested in February of last year for drunk driving and grabbing a woman in his car. That arrest came less than a year after his fifth OWI conviction.
