A Rice Lake man will go to prison for one year after being convicted of his seventh OWI offense.
A criminal complaint says Daniel Mikkelsen was stopped in Chippewa County back in February and tested with a blood-alcohol level just over the legal limit. Mikkelson was sentenced to prison yesterday along with being placed on probation for three years following his sentence.
He must also serve 300 hours of community service and have an ignition interlock for one year.
