MAN FACING NEARLY 200 YEARS IN PRISON IN DRUG OVERDOSE CASES

A case involving a man accused of selling drugs to two men who overdosed in Chippewa County is being allowed to move forward.

A judge made that ruling in the case against Shane Johnson yesterday.  Johnson is accused of selling a deadly dose of drugs to Nicholas Buck and Samuel Ott who died four days apart in November of 2017.

Johnson is already in prison on federal drug charges.  He’s facing just under 200 years in this case.
