The last house near the Foxconn development has finally sold, for nearly a million-dollars. The Mount Pleasant village board on Monday voted to buy Kim and Jim Mahoney’s home near the development for 950 thousand-dollars. That includes just over 750 thousand-dollars for the home, and another nearly 200 thousand-dollars in relocation expenses.
