Millions of Americans are bracing for a major winter storm. Forecasters say after forming in the northwest it will track to the East bringing heavy snow and freezing rain to some areas. Major cities including Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo and Boston can expect a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain later in the week.
