Some restaurants in Wisconsin like the idea of allowing teenagers to serve drinks. A new plan at the Wisconsin Capitol would allow teens as young as 14 to serve alcohol, as long as it’s not at the bar. A judge yesterday handed down the sentence to Grant Fuhrman for the December 2019 attack at Oshkosh West High School. In addition to the prison time, Fuhrman will spend 10 years on parole.
