National Manhunt for WI Shooting Suspects

There is a national manhunt for the two suspects in Fond du Lac’s triple shooting from over the weekend. Prosecutors yesterday filed formal charges against 17-year-old Antonio Johnston and 14-year-old Parise Larry Jr. Fond du Lac Police say they shot three people, killing one, on Sunday. Teens Arrested, Charged After School Bus Crash

It’s juvenile charges for the 14-year-old accused of crashing a stolen car into a school bus outside Morse Middle School earlier this month. The Milwaukee County D.A. yesterday filed formal charges of hit-and-run, and several counts of recklessly endangering safety. Milwaukee Police say the teen was drag racing a friend when he crashed into the bus. Vote to Move Eau Claire Fireworks Show

Eau Claire’s Fourth of July fireworks show is moving this year. The city council last night approved the plan to move the show to the High Bridge. Firefighters wanted the show out of Carson Park because of safety concerns. The final vote was 6-4 in favor of moving. Hearing Planned to Require Timeline for Test Kits

Wisconsin lawmakers are looking to set a running-clock on sexual assault kits in the state. The wild parsnip is getting no love in Madison. Lawmakers in Madison are considering a plan today that would spend a couple hundred thousand-dollars on grants to eliminate the plant across the state.
