The Wisconsin Supreme Court is hearing a case that will determine whether some Amazon delivery drivers are considered employees in the state. Oral arguments are being presented in the high court today. The company is planning to expand their commissary, dairy, and bakery facilities in La Crosse and renovate a commercial space in Onalaska to use it for offices and training. Wisconsin State Patrol says the deputy was traveling eastbound on the highway near Packwaukee when a truck driving west lost control.
