One motorcyclist is dead and two others are injured after three separate crashes. A 63-year-old man died at the scene in a Pepin County crash Saturday when he went into a guardrail and was ejected from his motorcycle. Governor Scott Walker says the Flood Relief Loan Program will provide no-interest loans up to ten-thousand-dollars to repair homes damaged by flooding. A Disaster Recovery Microloan Program is also being unveiled by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. That will help small businesses gain an immediate source of funds for restoration work and related expenses.
