State legislators are discussing putting in tolls on Wisconsin roadways. Some republicans are suggesting the addition of tolls to help fund transportation needs across the state. Some county officials in La Crosse don’t agree with the idea, however. The county board chair says she’s concerned that people will start using county roads to avoid the tolls which would only add to over 100-million dollars in state infrastructure needs.
