Congressman Sean Duffy is stepping down. The Wisconsin Republican says he and his wife recently learned their baby, expected this fall, has complications including a heart condition. Duffy says he needs to spend more time at home and will step down on September 23rd. Duffy has served Wisconsin’s 7th District which includes Wausau and Northern Wisconsin since 2011.
