Driving over 100 miles per hour in one county lead to an arrest as well as drug charges in another. It was just a bit before 11:45 on Tuesday night when a Wisconsin State Trooper attempted to stop a vehicle westbound on I-94 near MP 56 for traveling 111 MPH.
