There is a hiccup in the timeline to mail ballots in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Supreme Court yesterday ordered local clerks not to mail ballots until the justices decide if the Green Party should be added to the November ballot. The Wisconsin Election Commission split on that question because of a technicality on the party’s nominating paperwork. The pause could be problematic.
