There were 14 more deaths by domestic homicide in Wisconsin in 2019 than the year before, according to a Wisconsin Domestic Violence Homicide report. Some of their efforts include a new screening protocol to identify domestic violence victims, which went into effect yesterday. They say October is domestic violence awareness month.
