Somebody who bought a Powerball ticket in Altoona is a million-dollars richer. The Wisconsin Lottery yesterday said someone bought the winning ticket last Saturday at the Kwik Trip on Spooner Avenue. The winning numbers, just in case that was you, are 8, 31, 39, 43, and 60. The Powerball is 17.
