The spike in new coronavirus cases has a lot of kids in Chippewa Valley schools learning from home. You may have seen this in theThe Leader Telegram. They reported that than 15-hundred students have been quarantined in the past few weeks because of close contact with some who tested positive. Just over 400 students are in quarantine in Eau Claire, another 200 or so are quarantined in Chippewa Falls, and about 130 students in Altoona schools are out as well.
