Milwaukee’s district attorney is blaming a young prosecutor for the low bail for the Waukesha parade suspect. D.A. John Chisholm told county supervisors yesterday that an overworked young prosecutor made the decision to allow Darrell Brooks Jr. to be released on one thousand-dollars bail just days before police say he drove through the crowd at Waukesha’s Christmas parade.
