Those guidelines relax the mask rules for most counties in the state. Health Secretary Karen Timberlake says the new rules mean masks are only required for people in areas with “very high” coronavirus levels. In Wisconsin that means six small, rural counties in northern or western parts of the state.

Investigators say he was drunk when he crashed an ATV at a bachelor party back in 2019, killing a man.
