It’s jail time for a Minnesota man in a deadly 2019 ATV wreck.
A judge in Rusk County sentenced Brennan Plaisted to six months in jail. Investigators say he was drunk when he crashed an ATV at a bachelor party back in 2019, killing a man. In addition to the jail time, the judge ordered Plaisted to remain sober, and deliver a speech each year on the anniversary of the deadly crash.
