Xiong was in possession of over quarter pound (138 grams) of methamphetamine. The street value of this meth when broken down is over $13,000. Shortly after, officers received another call that the victim was engaged in a domestic dispute with the possibility of a gun being used. The Marshfield Special Response Team was activated and through negotiations the female was able to exit the residence.
