The survivors of the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy will receive a special room where they can watch the trial of the suspect in the case. Read MoreAuthorities are releasing the names of the two people killed in a plane crash in Pierce County on Tuesday. John Zeman, age 28, and Ethan Smith, age 20, were both from Rochester, Minnesota. They died when the experimental aircraft they were in crashed into a field near the Red Wing Regional Airport in Bay City. The crash is still being investigated by the NTSB.

A bipartisan investigation found that Juul dominated the e-cigarette market by appealing to youth in its advertising. E-cigarettes have been proven to be harmful to youth and it’s illegal for them to buy them. The settlement totals at least 438-and-a-half million dollars among 34 states. It also severely limits Juul’s marketing practices.
