Southeast Wisconsin is cleaning up after severe storms ripped through the area yesterday and Monday.
Heavy rain and strong winds wreaked havoc in the Milwaukee area, downing trees and power lines, and leaving tens of thousands of people without power. A tornado was confirmed in Sussex last night, while the National Weather Service warned about the possibility of more. One massive tree crashed on top of several parked cars near 20th Street and Greenfield Avenue, damaging a house in the process. More trees were reported down in places such as Oconomowoc and Wauwatosa.
