The City of La Crosse will begin installing new water pipe tonight.
Water Utility crews will start working around 9 p.m. The process will include a temporary shutdown of a large water transmission main that may impact residents and customers north of the La Crosse River, including Highway 16 and County B. Customers and residents may experience lower water pressure and possible discoloration. Work is expected to be completed by tomorrow.
