Fire crews responded to a house fire on Eau Claire’s south side Sunday night.
The Eau Claire Fire Department says crews were called to a home on Nimitz Street just after 7 p.m., where they found heavy fire coming from the rear of the house.
All occupants were able to get out safely before firefighters arrived.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury and was treated at the scene.
The fire remains under investigation, and damage is estimated at around 200-thousand dollars.
The Red Cross is assisting those displaced by the fire.
