Charges are being filed against an Eau Claire man busted Saturday evening in Jackson County.
Sixty-year-old Jeffrey Andrews was pulled over in his Dodge pickup truck when Wisconsin State Patrol say they observed his driving showing signs of impairment. Andrews was taken into custody on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence — 4th offense.
