It’s proving to be a little tougher than expected to crack down on ‘those kind’ of massage parlors in Wisconsin.
State Rep Joe Sanfelippo is pushing a plan to crack down on massage parlors that act as fronts for prostitution by allowing cities to fine workers who are doing more than just massaging necks and backs. But the association for massage therapists in Wisconsin says that pan won’t stop the problem. That group wants tougher licensing instead. Lawmakers have yet to vote on Sanfelippo’s idea.
