Carjacking Leads to Interstate Closure, Arrest

Authorities in Eau Claire are blaming yesterday’s interstate closure on a carjacking in the Twin Cities.

The Highway Patrol closed parts of I-94 yesterday morning to chase and arrest a suspect who took a car in St. Paul. Troopers had to spring the car out to make the arrest.
