The Green Bay woman accused of chopping-up her boyfriend after a day of drug use is set to face a jury today.
A judge on Friday said Taylor Schabusiness is competent enough to stand trial for last year’s murder of her boyfriend. Police say Schabusiness admitted that she killed the man while they were having sex. Officers say she then told them she cut him up into pieces, and hid those pieces around the house. Schabusinesses’ lawyers say she doesn’t fully understand what’s going on. A doctor last week said she’s not competent enough for trial, but the judge ruled otherwise.
