Wisconsin gas prices are pretty stable as the Fourth of July holiday weekend begins.
The state average for regular was three-42 a gallon a Friday, the same price as Thursday. That’s a dime lower than a week ago and a dollar-24 a gallon less than on the Independence Day weekend last year.
