Eau Claire Energy Cooperative lineworkers maintain over 1,700 miles of power lines to over 12,000 Members. Lineworkers face many challenges and risks in their daily duties to ensure ECEC’s member-owners have reliable power every day. They spend countless hours maintaining and repairing power lines in both the coldest of winters and hottest of summers to maintain the safety and comfort of the member-owners served by Eau Claire Energy Cooperative.

Josh Vaningan, Line Superintendent at ECEC said, “We truly have a great group on our line crew. They are exceptionally dedicated to the cooperative and its members. We really appreciate their commitment to their community and their devotion to providing safe and reliable energy to Eau Claire Energy Cooperative’s members.”

On April 10, or any time you see a lineworker, you’re invited to thank them for working around
the clock to keep power flowing.
