The three Republicans running for governor in Wisconsin agree on what the big issues in the state are, but they don’t agree on how to solve them.
Rebecca Kleefisch, Tim Michels and Tim Ramthun answered questions on taxes, education, abortion, and crime during yesterday’s debate on Milwaukee TV (TMJ4). Kleefisch jumped at the chance to talk about her tax plan to lower Wisconsin’s personal income tax. Michels at times struggled to find answers. And Ramthun got huge rounds of applause for his take on election integrity. Voters will pick between the three in the primary election in two weeks.
