Health officials say the results of the Dunn County Health Needs Assessment have identified five primary areas of public health needs, ranging from mental health to alcohol, nicotine and drugs.
The survey will be used as a guide for Dunn County to follow in tackling the main priorities. Other areas of focus will be safe and quality housing, environmental health and chronic disease. Dunn County Health Director KT Gallagher says the survey will be used to put together the Community Health Improvement Plan, which she says she hopes will be ready by this summer.
