Documents filed with the city of Eau Claire indicate the complex will represent a 270-million dollar investment in Eau Claire with a taxable value of 56-million dollars and up to 100 new jobs. The city is offering five-point-six million dollars in direct assistance and it will build a regional stormwater facility to serve the property. The city council will vote on the proposal at its meeting Tuesday.
